Cath lab tech sign-on bonuses at Ballad Health
Ballad Health currently offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and $3,000 retention bonus for registered cath lab techs in full-time positions. Eligible cath lab techs will receive the sign-on bonus upon hire date and the retention bonus after 12 months of employment.

Cath lab tech sign-on and retention bonuses are only available at the following facilities:
- Johnson City Medical Center in Johnson City, TN
- Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, TN
- Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol, TN
Cath lab bonus requirements
Sign-on bonuses for full-time positions are available for new graduates or individuals with at least one year of relevant work experience.
Bonuses are only offered for new hires or those not employed by Ballad Health in the last six months.
