Ballad Health is currently offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for a limited number of full-time diagnostic imaging positions at our Ballad Health hospitals.

Sign-on bonus details
This $10,000 sign-on bonus is paid in three installments over the course of a 30-month employment commitment and will be distributed on your regular paycheck.
Bonuses are available for the following full-time positions:
- Radiologic technologist
- Ultrasound technologist
- Computer tomography (CT) technologist
- Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technologist
- Nuclear medicine technologist
- Echocardiogram technologist
These positions provide great growth opportunities at Ballad Health. As a registered technologist, you can work in several areas, including diagnostic imaging, fluoroscopic imaging, surgical imaging and trauma imaging.
At Ballad Health, diagnostic technologists also have the opportunity to cross train for a variety of specialties, such as MRI or CT.
Bonus requirements
Sign-on bonuses for full-time positions are available for individuals with at least one year of relevant work experience.
Bonuses are only offered for new hires or those not employed by Ballad Health in the last six months.
New grad sign-on bonus
Ballad Health is also currently offering $10,000 sign-on bonuses for new grad radiologic technologists in full-time, night shift and evening positions.
New grad sign-on bonuses are only available at the following facilities:
- Johnson City Medical Center in Johnson City, TN
- Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, TN
- Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol, TN
