Strong Futures is proud to be a part of Niswonger Children's Network – highlighting our mission to offer high standards of care and bright futures for children and families in all our communities.
Patient eligibility
We are now accepting applications and referrals for our services. To be eligible for Strong Futures, applicants must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be either an expectant mother, mother or father with children under 18 at home, or a mother or father with children under 18 in which they are attempting to regain custody
- Be willing to undergo a complete medical and psychiatric screening
- Have a substance-abuse issue, which can be combined with a behavioral-health issue
- Be able to adequately focus and fully participate in all aspects of treatment and learning objectives
- Be willing and receptive to participating in a family-centered, holistic care environment that embraces a two-generation, entire-family approach
